The Scope of Application:

The FRP pure water tank body is made of high-strength FRP. The pure water tank needs to be post-cured by complicated procedures such as steam fumigation. The dissolution rate of clean water impurities can reach 60PPM, which fully meets the electroplating and electron-pair ultra-pure. Water is not required to exceed 200PPM.

Product Characteristic:

Structure medium concentration: PH=7;

Volume range: 0.5m3 ~ 100m3, the pure water storage tank used in the electroplating industry generally does not exceed 20m3;

Inner diameter range: diameter DN600 ~ DN4000; flange standard: all kinds of standards can be selected according to user requirements;

The main style: mainly flat vertical, round bottom horizontal storage tank;

The pure water tank tank used in the water treatment process such as electroplating and electronics needs to be steamed and smoked after the tank is finished;

Appearance color: translucent, special requirements to add gel coat or color paddle to change the appearance color;

Fixed feet: can be selected according to user's requirements, the material is carbon steel (lined glass anti-corrosion) or stainless steel;

Safety accessories: ladders, handrails, carbon steel (external anti-rust paint) or stainless steel, saddle;

Liquid level accessories: PVC level gauge.
