Application:

Super arch rubber fender has big rated compression, high energy absorb, low reaction force. Its structure reasonable and utility long life. Easily install and change. Front panel or UHMW-PE face pad was set on the top to reduce surface pressure and vessel friction factor, and lower the shear strength while vessel berthing.

Feature:

1、Super arch rubber fenders can use with head embedded plate and top impingement board, consequently it greatly reduces the surface pressure and friction coefficient;

2The dimensions and installation fixing parts of the body of super arch rubber fender with PE pad are both identical with super arch rubber fender with no PE pad;

3According to the users’ needs, to make some limit adjustment to some dimensions of SA (DA) type can be formed LMD type. Its main structure and mechanical property are almost same, and can be extended to LMD-A type and LMD-B type.
