This series marine calorifier unit is suitable for heating fresh water on the ship or platform, heated fresh water for crew use.

(1) Adjust the temperature control range.
Set the low temperature controller and high temperature controller to 50℃ and 65℃.
(2) Set the open pressure of safety valve
Set the open pressure of safety valve. When the pressure in tank is over 0.42MPa, the safety valve will take off to release the pressure in tank.
(3) Normal operation
Open the water inlet and outlet valve. Start the electric heater. When the temperature in tank is lower than 50℃, the device will start automatically until the temperature reaching 65℃.
