Description

Stucture

The centrifugal fan is composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a bracket etc.. According to the transmission mode, it is divided into A type impeller and direct drive of the motor, C type is belt drive, and D type is coupling drive. Can be specially made according to customer requirements. The impeller is made of high-quality steel plate and the FRP anti-corrosion layer is made by a specific process. The casing is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic. The air inlet is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic and is fixed to the inlet side of the casing with screws. The main shaft of the transmission group is made of high-quality steel, and has a special protective layer in contact with corrosive gas. The structure is simple and easy to install.

Type

Clockwise rotation: The impeller is viewed from one end of the motor and the fan is turned right in the clockwise direction.

Anticlockwise rotation: The impeller is viewed from one end of the motor and the left-handed fan is counterclockwise.

Tuyere angle: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°,
