I. Product overview

The compound anti-soluble foam fire extinguishing agent is made of polymer biological adhesive, fluorine surfactant, hydrocarbon surfactant, stabilizer, freezing resistance agent, solvent and other polymer raw materials, which is a multifunctional and universal foam fire extinguishing agent. Moreover, it is mainly used to extinguish the fires caused by ethanol, ether, aldehyde, ester, ketone, alcohol and other polar liquid (water-soluble) as well as the fires caused by mixture of any of the above two and the fires caused by non-polar liquid (for example, the fires caused by unleaded vehicle gasoline and various water-soluble liquid). In addition, it also can be used to extinguish the fires caused by Class A substance, so it is of the general performance of fire extinguishing. And it also is widely used in Class B fuel fire (in which, oil and polar solvents are mixed), so it is the preferred foam fire extinguishing agent for chemical plants, solvent factories, power plants, tunnels, ships, docks, oil fields and warehouses

Fire extinguishing mechanism

While diffusing on the surface of combustion liquid, the foam of this foam fire extinguishing agent also can rapidly drain liquid to cool the surface of combustion liquid. Moreover, the rapid diffusion of foam layer prevents the further heating, vaporization and combustion of the combustion liquid. Furthermore, after absorbing the heat, the vaporized AFFF can dilute the oxygen content of the air on the surface of combustion liquid, which imposes a suffocation effect against the combustion liquid to prevent the combustion. In addition, this foam fire extinguishing agent can form a layer of aqueous film on the combustion liquid to seal the surface of combustion liquid together with the foam layer and polymer adhesive film, which will isolate the air and form the thermal insulation barrier. Therefore, it is of the advantages of both short fire extinguishing time and high fire extinguishing efficiency.
