Application

The pressure water tank can be used to provide fresh water for living and cleaning of ship and drilling platforms.

Principle Description

This device depend on the pressure from the supply pump to compress air, then the water in the tank keeping appropriate pressure, to supply the crews. The pump proved by the ship-owner.

Structure

A：Wall-hanging type, Repair entrance: barrel flange;

B：Wall-hanging type, Repair entrance: barrel manhole;

C：Vertical type, Repair entrance: barrel manhole.

5. Pressure controller: control the start and stop of the pump. When the pressure in the tank is lower than 0.4MPa, the pump starts and water is injected into the tank until the pressure reaches 0.6MPa.

8. Safety valve: When the pressure in the cabinet exceeds 0.63MPa, the safety valve opens to release the pressure in the tank.

Operation Method

1 Gas-filled

1.1 Start the compressor. Open the charge valve to change gas into tank until the needle of pressure gauge is directed to 0.1MPa. Then close charge valve, stop charging.

2 Adjust the range of control pressure

2.1 Set the low pressure controller as 0.4Mpa, high pressure controller as 0.6MPa.

3 Adjust the open pressure of safety valve

3.1Adjust the open pressure of safety valve, when the pressure in tank is more than 0.63MPa, the safety valve will take off to release the pressure in tank.

4 Normal operation

4.1 Open the water inlet and outlet valve. Start the water pump. When the pressure in tank is lower than 0.4MPa, it will start automatically until the pressure reaching 0.6MPa.

1.Check the tightness of joints, cocks and other parts on the suction line to prevent air inhalation.

2.Check the inflatable valve for air leakage.

3.Check whether the pressure in the cabinet is within the control range, if it is low for a long time, open the inflatable valve and fill in the right amount of air.

4.Remove and clean the water tank regularly. After cleaning and brushing the inner wall, determine whether repaint according to flaking condition of painting. Repaint the out surface with anti-corrosive paint, meanwhile, replace wearing parts. After the spare parts are dry, reassemble it.
