General:
The UQK-02-C Float Level Controller is a device used for monitoring and controlling the liquid level in tanks or vessels. It is commonly used in industrial applications where precise liquid level control is required to ensure optimal operation and prevent overflow or dry running.
The float level controller operates based on the principle of buoyancy. It consists of a float, which is a hollow ball or cylinder that floats on the liquid surface, and a switch or sensor mechanism that is activated by the movement of the float. As the liquid level changes, the float rises or falls accordingly, and this movement is detected by the switch or sensor.
The UQK-02-C controller typically has two main components: the float assembly and the control unit. The float assembly is installed in the tank or vessel, while the control unit is located outside the tank and houses the switch or sensor mechanism, as well as the necessary electronics for level monitoring and control.
When the liquid level reaches a certain point, the float rises or falls, triggering the switch or sensor. The control unit then processes this signal and activates or deactivates the appropriate equipment, such as pumps or valves, to maintain the desired level. This allows for automatic control of liquid levels without the need for constant manual monitoring and intervention.
