1. Marine Toilet Water Treatment Unit General:

The marine Toilet water treatment unit belongs to the key device for prevention of pollution for ships in seas and oceans according to the revised Annex IV of the International Convention of the Prevention of Pollution (MARPOL 73/78).

This device is according to the MEPC.227(64) resolution enacted on 5th, October, 2012. Which onlyused to the "black water" from toilet fecal sewage. In the treating process, to add any dilution water, gray water (from washing room), and sea water are forbidden. This device is also not suit for the passenger vessels which on the Baltic Sea. This device is regardless of the total nitrogen and total phosphorus performance index requirements.

This device is apply to install on the below vessels later 1st, January, 2016:

(1) All areas of the vessel (expect passenger vessle);

(2) The passenger vessel beyond of the Annex IV of the International Convention of the Prevention of Pollution (MARPOL ).

(1)  The sewage treatment plant also can used to treat the anitary wastewater, seawater or freshwater.
(2)  The test pressure of the tank is 0.021MPa.
(3)  The effluent quality of the device is in compliance with the standards of IMO MEPC227 (64), and 33CFR159 for type II device.

5. Marine Toilet Water Treatment Unit Warning:

(1) The plant cannot be installed in explosive atmosphere.

(2) Paint tar epoxy as that coat on inside surface of the tank, welding should not be worked on the surface of the tank.

(3) It needs clear space at front of device 600 mm and right side of device 300 mm to allow for operation and maintenance of the device.

(4) Any anti-virus agent can't be used in the progress of device.
