Introduction

The marine Sewage Processor is the device to purify the black water on the ship. It’s a necessary equipment on the seagoing ships. It can protect the seawater from pollution. The sewage processor is mainly onstituted by aeration tank, contact oxidation tank, settling tank, membrane tank, cutting pump, air pump, discharge pump, electric control box, membrane module, UV sterilizer and accessories of pipe lines.

Process Flow

The apparatus using biological treatment, electric flocculation and membrane separation technology as well as UV disinfection technology. Through reasonable arrangement process, combined with enhanced flocculation and biochemical treatment to overcome the inherent shortcomings of the existing membrane bioreactor, and stably remove the effects of nitrogen and phosphorus, enhance the activity of sludge and prevent membrane from fouling.
