Description:
There are mainly two types of marine single screw pump, including G Series Marine Single Screw Pump and GN Marine Single Screw Pump.
The GN Marine Single Screw Pump is a volumetric slurry pump, which it supports equipment of grape stalk crusher, used for conveying grape pulp. And it can also be used alone. The GN Series Marine Single Screw Pump adopts directly reducer drive, compact structure, with moving wheels, easy to move, beautiful shape, and fruit pulp contact part for stainless steel manufacturing.

Applications of GN Marine Single Screw Pump
Broadcast food industry: transport meat, potato salad, paste paste, thick juice, jam, vegetable products.
Brewing industry: transport lees, yeast, fermentation residue and ingredients.
Sugar industry: syrup, saturated residue, concentrated waste water residue, sugar crystal paste; Milk, cheese.
Textile industry: transport synthetic fiber liquid, viscose, dyes, ink, nylon powder liquid.
Paper industry: conveying paper pulp, talc pulp, glazing resin pulp.
Oil industry: transport a variety of oil, grease products, oil refining sludge, industrial wastewater.
Chemical industry: all kinds of emulsion, suspension, ointment, shampoo, paint, pigment.
Construction industry: transport mortar, plaster, asphalt, tar, silt slurry, coating.
Mining: transport oxide and waste water, mine drainage, liquid explosives, scum.
Forced feeding screw pump: there is a rectangular hopper, the connecting rod is provided with a screw propeller, suitable for not self-flowing but containing liquid medium, conveying similar slag liquid, also can be installed with stirring rod, to prevent precipitation. When the concentration of slag liquid is high, a large funnel can be added to crush to prevent blockage. The pump can be equipped with all kinds of drivers, the most suitable for three-phase gear reduction motor.
