Product Characteristic:

The FRP washing tower is the main equipment of the sulfuric acid production line. The main function of the tower is to carry impurities such as mineral dust, arsenic, selenium, fluorine, sulfur dioxide and carbon dioxide gas into the tower from the bottom of the tower, and discharge from the top of the tower through the packing layer. The dilute sulfuric acid is sprayed through the nozzle at the top of the tower to make the gas and liquid in the packing layer fully contact, and the impurities are removed to achieve the function of purifying the gas.

Due to the strong corrosiveness of the working medium, the general filler and the FRP made by the general process cannot meet the requirements. The FRP washing tower, the corrosion-resistant layer, the reinforcing layer and the anti-aging layer are all made of special technology and special materials. The tower is in the form of a segmental segment and a piece assembly, and is divided into an upper tower body, a middle tower body, a lower tower body, and a ring pipe spraying device. The packing is made of Pall ring packing, which has good surface gas-liquid contact and good effect.
