Dredge PE Pipe

Dredge polyethylene pipes equip with dredge floaters can be floating on the water. As the discharge pipelines,PE pipes is the best choice for dredgers. Dredge polyethylene pipes have two types: Dredge HDPE Pipes, Dredge UHMWPE Pipes.

Dredge PE Pipes has manufactured and welded with the fittings as PE Flanged pipes or PE Two Flanged Pipes. The Dredging Pipes welded with two HDPE Flange Adapter and two Steel Flanges to be connect the pipes to each other and covered  with Floaters – Floating Clamps to keep on the above sea.

Dredge Floater
Dredge floaters is the important part for dredge discharge pipelines,widely used in dredging industry.

Dredge floaters are made from wear resistance MDPE by rotational molding technology. A floater consists of two MDPE shells filled with PU foam and connected by galvanized bolts, nuts and washers. The reasonable structure makes it perform well in tough dredging condition.

Dredge PE Pipe

1. Made by High Density Polyethylene material(PE, HDPE, UHMWPE).

2. Preffered for agricaltural applications, dredge of mud, mining projects

3. Using together with floaters filled by Polyurethane (foam) material.

4. Range from PE80 or PE100

Dredge Floater

1. Made from high wear resistant LMDPE by rotational molding technology

2. Used for supporting suction/discharge hoses

3. Composed of two MDPE shells filled with PU foam and connected by galvanized bolts, nuts and flat washers.
