Cold Formed Steel Sheet Pile

Cold formed steel sheet pile is processed under normal temperature and pressure. It is also known as thin-walled steel, which is a kind of light construction structure steel with feature of thin and reasonable, complicated section different from hot rolled process. This kind of sheet pile is made of ordinary carbon structural steel, good quality carbon structural steel, low alloy structural steel or steel belt. Moreover, it has many shapes, such as U type, Z type, flat profile type and so on. So it has different uses according to its shape. Besides, it is suitable for building construction, railway construction, cars and vessels building.

Features of cold formed steel sheet pile:

1. Economical and reasonable section, material-savings. The section shape of cold-formed steel can be designed according to requirements with convenient construction, reducing comprehensive costs;

2. Variety. It can produce all kinds of profiles and cold formed steels of different materials with uniform wall thickness and complicated section shape which are difficult to be produced by ordinary hot rolled method;

3. The surface should be flawless and clean, precise dimensions or length can be customized according to the requirement, so improving the utilization of materials;

4. During the production process, it can be combined with punching and processes to meet different needs;
