1. Automatic Water Supply Device Preface
This device with the features of small volume, compact structure, easy to operate, suit for sea water and fresh water. Specifically, it can be used for samller ship.Before delivery, the device's control valve, safety valve, pressure controller have been set up, the user no need to set up again.
When using, to ensure the device contacted with user pipe system. Then start the device, the pump running. When the pressure of the system up to 0.3 Mpa, the pump will stop automatically. When user discharge the water from the device, meantime, the pressure will reduce. When the pressure down to 0.2 Mpa, the pump will working again automatically, until the pressure up to 0.3 Mpa stop again.
The takeoff pressure of the safety valve have been set up 0.33 before the delivery. To protect the safety of persons and device, if the protection system failure or pipe unexpectedly closed make the pressure above the normal working pressure.
2. Operational Approach of Automatic Water Supply Device
Check the device appearance and interface are in good condition. Check the water supply pipe system contacted with the device. Ensure the control valves are openning. Then start the pump, the device begin work automatically.
Remarks: The safety valve have been set up before delivery (1.1 times the maximum working pressure), no need to set up again when working.
3. Automatic Water Supply Device maintenance
Maintenance must be in the power system can only be carried out after 5 minutes.
Check the pressure every 3 days in the first month. If the pressure no any change, then 1 time per month. When checking, to stop the pump fitst, then discharge the system pressure down to zero, then use the pressure meter to check the tank pressure (0.12—0.14MPa).
To clean the surface of the device one time every month.
Power reset one time every month, not less than 5 minutes. Then start the device normally.
Abnormal found in everyday use as below, to stop and repair the device:
(1)Foreign body jammed pump fan, to clear in time;
(2)Water pump motor bearing friction screams, above 80db;
(3)Pump and moter hot more than 55°C, to check the cause.
