After the anti-soluble aqueous film forming foam liquid is mixed with water via foam proportional mixing device, when foam is generated under the mechanical action (namely a polymer adhesive film is formed on the foam wall), this polymer adhesive film can effectively prevent aqueous-soluble solvent from absorbing the moisture in the foam, thus protecting the form, so that the foam can completely cover on the liquid level of aqueous-soluble solvent to play a role of isolation, blocking and cooling, which can achieve an effective control on the re-combustion of combustibles.

It is mainly used to extinguish the fires caused by ethanol, ether, aldehyde, ester, ketone, alcohol and other polar liquid (water-soluble) as well as the fires caused by mixture of any of the above two and the fires caused by non-polar liquid (for example, the fires caused by unleaded vehicle gasoline and various water-soluble liquid). In addition, it also can be used to extinguish the fires caused by Class A substance
