The Process of Regeneration Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE)

The Process of Regeneration Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE)

LDPE, which named high-pressure polyethylene, and it generally refers to plastic packaging film, such as woven bag lining film, food packaging film, daily necessities packaging film, greenhouse film. Most of these films are natural, light blue, and black. It is best to separate the color samples before recycling. You can't put the low pressure membrane, the PP membrane together. The recovery and reuse of LDPE is the technological process of LDPE regeneration.

The whole LDPE process mainly has four processes. As follows:

The first step is crushing. The flushing effect with water is better. Some good high pressure membranes can be re-blown without adding new materials if they are kept clean enough. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to cleaning during the pulverization process. When the pulverized material flows to the water tank, it is best to roll again, in order to further rinse the cleaning point.

The second step is drying. Generally, it uses a dryer to dry the water. It can also be sun-dried, which can save electricity and improve quality. Of course, we should pay attention to prevent the secondary pollution of materials in drying.

The third step is the granulation process. There are two basic uses for pellets made from special extruders. There are blow molding and injecting molding. The material coming out of the 60 to 80 mesh filter can be blown again. The material coming out of the 40 to 60 mesh filter can meet the quality requirements of injection molding.

The fourth step is the granulation process. Generally it is cold water pelletizing. This process must pay attention to the packaging label. There are two type one for blow molding, the other for injection molding. In addition, the packaging bag for blow molding must have an outer bag and a liner bag to avoid secondary pollution.
