1. Application

RSN7-800 Stud Welding Machine is dedicated to furnace, boiler, shipbuilding, power plant construction, chemical construction, mechanical equipment, various pipelines, containers, barrel bodies, vehicle manufacturing and so on.

2. Welding Material
The welding material is carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, copper and other materials with arc weldability. Apply welding on surfaces with an oxide layer, oil film, primer or electroplated workpiece. No deformation after welding, no bump mark. Horizontal welding, vertical welding, pitching welding, all-directional welding.

- Thickness ≥ 3mm, welding Ø 3 mm - Ø 12 mm screw, special-shaped nails, corrugated nails, pin, heat preservation nail.
