Introduction of Marine Wet Unit

Marine Wet unit is a unit wet cabin that can be installed as a whole is composed of all necessary sanitary equipment, wall panels, etc. on the ship. Its shell is mostly assembled by glass fiber reinforced plastics, and it also has a structural form of integral molding. After the shell of the ship guard unit is formed, the watertightness test should be carried out before assembly to ensure its performance. The ship sanitary unit has the advantages of complete functions, light weight, beautiful appearance, corrosion resistance, and no leakage. It is a sanitary facility widely used by ships and civil ships.

Classification of Marine Wet Unit

The form of the wet unit is divided into two categories: bathtub type and shower type according to the characteristics of use. The shower type is divided into two types: single use and two-room sharing.

Sanitary units shall use steel frames or other frames of equivalent strength. The steel used in the wet unit needs to be rust-removed and rust-proof.

The chassis of the wet unit should be made of steel plate with a thickness of not less than 3mm, the depth of the chassis should not be less than 75mm, and the chassis must be watertight.
