The vertical smoke tube exhaust gas boiler is used to absorb the heat of smoke discharged by the diesel engine to save energy efficiently. The saturated steam produced by the boiler is used as the warming medium of heavy oil, main cylinder water, oil tank, domestic water and air conditions in all kinds of ships.

Structure of Boiler

The vertical smoke tube exhaust gas boiler is all-welded structure, In the place between the shell and the inner container is water and steam. The main heat exhaust part is comprised of smoke tubes (smooth pipe or screw pipe)
