Description:
Industries in the water, oil, and gas world often require drilling wire rope. In the drilling process, different sizes of steel wire rope are used to run and lift various equipment and pipes. The steel wire rope of the rig's lifting system is the most used and consumed wire rope in the drilling site. Drilling wire rope generally uses steel core, not jute core, because jute can’t support strands well and its oil storage is poor. The most commonly used structure for drilling wire rope is 6X19S-IWRC. The service life of drilling wire rope will be greatly shortened due to bad conditions and other factors.
