Principle Description

This series hot water tank can be combined to use with fresh water pressure tank on board, that is to use fresh water in fresh water pressure tank to replenish this tank, and then heated by electric for usage of entire vessel.

Temperature controller: The water temperature in tank is controlled by two WTZK-50-C pressure type temperature controllers; If the water temperature in tank is lower than 50℃, the power will be on automatically and the electric heater will begin to heat; If the water temperature in tank is higher than 65℃, the power will be off automatically and the electric heater will stop heating.

Pressure gauge: to show the pressure in tank.

Thermometer: to show the water temperature in tank.

Safety valve: If the pressure in tank is more than 0.42MPa, the safety valve will open to release the pressure in tank.

Note: Never wind the raw material belts into the inlet of safety valve when installing the safety valve.

Float level Switch: to protect the electric heater, if the liquid level in tank is lower than float level switch, the electric heater will cut off automatically.

Electric control box: There two kinds of hot water controlling: manual control and auto control. When the change-over switch SA2 is turned to “Manual”, the electric heater will start to heat until the water in tank reaching  65℃. Then the electric heater stops heating. When the change-over switch is turned to “Auto”, at this moment, if the water temperature in tank is lower than 50℃, the electric heater will start to heat automatically until the water in tank reaching 65℃. Then the electric heater stops heating. If the float level switch finds that there is no water in hot water tank, the electric heater controlled by electric control box will not work. For the hot water tank which has two or three groups of electric heater, the device will adopt segmentation heating method to realize due to the large power of electric heater. 1min later, another group electric heater will start to work. By that analogy, all of the electric heater will stop heating after the water in tank reaching 65℃.



System piping

1.Cold water inlet: connected to the outlet of fresh water pressure tank to inject water into tank so as to keep the cold water pressure in tank between 0.36 and 0.38MPa.

2.Hot water outlet: connected to the hot water general pipe on board for use.

3.Water return interface: connected to hot water return pipe to make the hot water heat circularly.

4.The water outlet of safety valve:to discharge the pressure water. It is connected to bilge.

5.Discharging outlet: to empty all of the water in tank. It is connected to bilge.

Maintenance Guide

1.The marine pressure temperature controller shall be installed vertically on the instrument panel. Do not move or hit the toggle arm with hands or tools. The temperature bulb should be fully immersed in water; the capillary should be protected from collision and flattening, and the bending radius should not be less than 50mm. The capillary should be fixed with clips every 300mm to ensure safety.

2.During the use of the electric heater, if there is scale or carbon formation on the surface of the pipe, it should be cleaned before use, so as not to affect the service life and efficiency of the electric heating element. If it is not used for a long time, when its cold insulation resistance is lower than 1MΩ, it can be baked in an oven at 200 ° C until it returns to normal.

3.Regularly disassemble and wash the water cabinet to remove the dirt on the inner wall of the cabinet. After washing with clean water, it is determined whether to repaint according to the peeling of the paint. The outer surface of the cabinet is re-painted with anti-corrosion paint, and the wearing parts are replaced at the same time, and the parts are dried and assembled for use.
