The performance of the alarm directly reflects the working performance of the alarm. When the user hears the alarm sound, they should immediately retreat and not stay. When the air respirator emits the alarm sound, the use time is about 5-10 minutes. Leave the workplace as soon as possible for your own safety.

1. Within the range of the rated working pressure of the air source to 2MPa, set the breathing frequency to 40 times per minute and the breathing flow to 100L/min;

2. Within the range of 2MPa to 1MPa, set the breathing frequency to 25 times per minute and the breathing flow to 50L/min;

3. When the alarm sounds, the computer automatically records the alarm pressure of the gas source when the alarm sounds, and the alarm sound is qualified within the pressure range of 5-6M;

4. Place the microphone connected to the sound card of the computer at a distance of 1m from the siren (no obstruction in the middle), keep the test environment quiet, and measure the sound intensity

5. Test the alarm sounding point and the average air consumption at five points of 4MPa, 3MPa, 2MPa and 1MPa
