Inspection Rules:
1. The roller bracket and the base are connected by bolts, and the base and the deck are welded and fixed;
2. The core of the reel is perpendicular to the left and right side panels;
3. The reel should be flexible, balanced and reliable;
4. Parts should be clean and free of defects such as pits, burrs, sharp corners and cracks;
5. Steel parts should be anti-rusted to remove scale, rust and other contaminants;
6. After cleaning the surface, apply anti-rust primer. After loading on ship, apply a primer layer and a top coat;
7. Rotating parts should be greased when the reel is shipped from the factory.
