Bright Steel Wire Rope

Bright Steel Wire Rope

Description:
Bright steel wire rope refer to the surface of a steel wire rope is not hot-dip galvanized or electrogalvanized. In order to prevent rust corrosion, the bright steel wire rope should be immersed in oil when the twisting is completed. Most indoor or general operations use bright steel wire rope. However, in open-air operations, because eviroment is wet and harsh, most of the time , people will use galvanized steel wire rope which is more abrasion resistant and corrosion resistant.

Detail Information:

1.Common structure: Contains almost all rope types.
2.Surface treatment: ungalvanized, oiled,etc.(as requirements)
3.Material: High carbon steel,etc.
4.Diameter:Customized according to customer needs.
5.Breaking Load: Customized according to customer needs.
6.Application: Tackles, lifting cranes, dragline, excavating, winch lines, shovel rope, pendant lines, etc.
7.Packaging: Wood disc packaging, ABS shaft packaging, according to customer's specific requirements.
8.Certificate & Standard:
Certificate : ABS,LR,CE,CCS, BV,DNV
Standard : GB8919, GB/T 20067,ISO, ASTM, EN, JIS, etc.

Features:
1.Bright steel wire rope has higher tensile strength and fatigue strength. However compared with galvanized steel wire rope, bright steel wire rope has short fatigue life.
2.Bright steel wire rope has certain wear resistance and corrosion resistance. But compared with galvanized steel wire rope, bright steel wire rope is still easy to wear and rust.
3.Bright steel wire rope is suitable for towing, pulling, tying and other uses. When the corrosion damage of the wire rope is a minor factor in the working environment, the bright steel  wire rope can be used.

Advantages of our bright steel wire rope:

1. High quality carbon steel and thickened material.

2. Not easy to cause deformation.

3. Structural stable.

4. Easy installation.

5. Support for custom.

Some Different Point

Our Factory

Some Bad Quality Suppliers

Material

High quality carbon steel or stainless steel.

Low carbon steel, poor wire rope quality

Workmanship

Work precision, do not cut corners

Jerry-built, non-standard operation

Equipment

Own factory, fully equipped. Strive for survival by quality. The introduction of excellent testing equipment, to ensure that the product detection is correct.

The equipment is aging. Not paying attention to product quality testing

Product Specifications

Product specifications are diverse, sufficient spot. Customized products are also available.

Product specifications are too small to meet customer needs.

Note:

1. For the wire ropes in 3, 5, or 8, when the number of wires in a strand is 19 or less, the weight coefficient should be 3% less than the figure in the table.

2. In15, the wire rope weight coefficient and minimum breaking load coefficient for 6Vx21 and 6Vx24 with fiber cores should be 8% less than the figures in the table. The wire rope minimum breaking load coefficient for 6Vx30 should be 10% less than the figures in the table. While in

16, the wire rope weight coefficient and minimum breaking load coefficient for 6Vx37s should be 3% larger than the figures in the table.

3. In 20, for the wire ropes with same lay pitch, the weight coefficient and minimum breaking load coefficient should be 4% , larger than the figure in the table.

4. K1p weight coefficient is used for wire ropes with polypropylene fiber cores.
