Introduction of Blockboard Rock Wool Material

Marine Blockboard Rock Wool Material material is specially designed for Marine composite sandwich panels, floating floors, bathroom units, fire doors, etc. The products have excellent compressive strength, high tensile strength and shear strength, low slag ball content, excellent thermal insulation performance and other characteristics.

Application of Blockboard Rock Wool Material

Products must be stored indoor, and covered by waterproof cloth for outdoor storage.

Rock wool fiber perpendicular to metal surface, recombination by bonding, this structure made the board owns good character on compression resistance, strength of extension, and shearing strength. Joint between fibers must be bonded tightly without interspace and break joint.

In order to reduce cold bridge, we recommend using the whole block to reduce interspace

Joint must be fixed tightly during construction. Break joint must be used for double laying, it's better to make the joint longer than 150mm. In order to reduce cold bridge, we recommend using the whole block to reduce interspace.
