Overview:
The material of marine cast bronze pump casing is ZCuZn16Si4, ZCuZn16Si4 is a cast copper alloy with high mechanical properties and good corrosion resistance, good casting properties and high fluidity.
Characteristics and scope of application:
ZCuZn16Si4 cast copper alloy has high mechanical properties and good corrosion resistance, good casting performance, high fluidity, compact structure and good air tightness. ZCuZn16Si4 cast copper alloy is used for pipe fittings working in contact with seawater, as well as water pumps, impellers, cocks and castings that work in air, fresh water, oil, fuel, and working pressures of 4.5MPa and steam below 250 °C.
