Overview:
The marine cast iron pump casing is made of cast iron with the grade of HT200. The GB/T 9439-2010 standard has clear regulations on the material components of HT200. The minimum tensile strength of HT200 cast iron is 200Mpa.
Although HT200 cast iron has low tensile strength and plasticity, it has good casting performance and shock absorption performance. HT200 cast iron can be used to cast hydraulic cylinders, pump bodies, valve bodies that can withstand pressures below 7.85Mpa, and pump casings, Pump cover, impeller with certain corrosion resistance.
