Low-steel Ordinary Thimbles

Description：

Low-steel ordinary thimbles is similar with galvanized ordinary thimbles.The distinction between the two thimbles is that the outlook of low-steel ordinary thimbles is more chubby than galvanized ordinary thimbles. Because of this design,low-steel ordinary thimbles can give more support to sling loop. With low carbon steel material, the steel wire rope is not allowed to applied large-scale lifting. And we can set square can be welded at the inner loop based on client´s requirement and actual use.

Detail:

Material: low carbon steel

Surface: hot dipped galvanized, electronic galvanized (as requirements)

Application: sling condition, marine condition, etc.

Recommend rope diameter: 8 mm-70 mm(as requirements)

Produce Process:

Drawings→ mould making → pre-forging →rough machining or finish machining →surface treatment →product checking and quality control→ packing →delivery
