Product Description
The separator is a component operating in an integrated system including a monitoring system.
Basic Principles of Separation
The purpose of separation can be to free a liquid of solid particles; separate two mutually liquids with different densities while removing any solids present at the same time; separate and concentrate solid particles from a liquid.
Operation Limits
Feed temperature:0℃ to+100℃
Ambient temperature: +5℃ to +55℃
Discharge Intervals: 2 minutes to 4 hours
Maximum allowed density of operating liquid: 100Kg/m³
Viscosity max. 600 cSt at 50℃
Max. Light phase density, mineral oil/fresh water separation: 991 KG/m³ at 15℃
Max. Allowed speed: 12450r/minute
Not to be used for liquids with flashpoint below 60℃
Risk for corrosion and erosion has to be investigated in each case by the application centre.
