Application
Diesel engine windlasses are driven by diesel engine and used for engaging and lowering the anchors with chain. The diesel engine windlass is difference from normal driven type like hydraulic or electric motor, with its big power, steady structure and good condition overcome bad sea weather make it very special. According to gypsy wheel quantities, there are mainly two types, single gypsy wheel windlass and double gypsy wheel windlass.
