1. Exhaust Gas Heat Exchanger Application

Exhaust gas heat exchangers use waste heat from exhaust gasses to provide hot water or heat thermal oil in combined heat and power systems. The fully welded stainless steel construction makes them suitable for diesel gas, biogas and natural gasses. Using the exhaust gas to heat water can reduce energy usage and costs making the system more efficient and environmentally friendly.
The standard range can recover between 18kW and 200kW of heat but our ability to design one-off heat exchangers to your design enables us to work with a wide range of sizes and duties. Our exhaust gas heat exchangers are manufactured using an automated tube-end welding process ensuring a reliable and robust design with minimal effect on back-pressure.
